Homeless Task Force

To maintain better efficiency and time management the Emergency Aid Council has merged with the Homeless Task Force.

CRC Administrates the Homeless Task Force which is the governing body of the Continuum of Care. CRC is responsible for all task force communications, official minutes, corporate governance records, providing an official repository for all records, facilitating all meetings, managing the website, and providing 501(c) 3 status for acceptance of charitable donations.

Review and Ranking of CoC ProjectsAnnually an RFP will be released from the Homeless Task Force Continuum for the purpose of confirming or denying continuing projects for renewal, and to accept and rank new applications for funding, in anticipation of, or following the HUD Continuum of Care Competition NOFA release. The Continuum of Care (CoC) Consolidated Application: made up of two parts; the CoC Application and the CoC Priority Listing.  With all of the CoC’s project applications either approved and ranked, or rejected. The Collaborative Applicant is responsible for submitting both the CoC Application and the CoC Priority Listing in order for the CoC Consolidated Application to be considered complete.
