Franchise Fee Utility Credit Program
The City of Topeka’s Utility Credit (Franchise Fee) Program will start on January 31st, 2024. We will start accepting applications On, January 31st, 2024. If this changes we will post new updates on our website and Facebook.
Forms can be found on our website on January 29th, 2024, along with the list of documents needed to complete an application.
All documents must be brought in by the applicant.
